Mobile Library
Because of a reduction in usage, there is a risk that we could loose our mobile library. If you are a lapsed user or if you are new to the village and have never been along, please do make an effort to join in and support this valuable and environmentally friendly service.
A quick
plea from Gaia and Becky. "We use the Holsworthy mobile library
regularly for books for Gaia (and me!). It’s great to be able to access
the service close to home at the Mead stop. However our stop hangs in the
balance as one will be suppressed shortly in Welcombe and the other will have
its stop time cut. We just wanted to say that IF you do use the library regularly
or irregularly, PLEASE continue to do so. If you have never used it, even
one trip now and again may well keep Exeter head office off our back! You
can register in the bus and they can order books in."
