Recent Council Priorities and Grants
Some of the priorities of the outgoing Parish Council and councillors over the past year have been:
Resolving issues raised by residents
Provision of defibrillators in the village
Liaising with Devon Highways to improve the quality of roads in the village
Maintenance of verges outside St Nectan's Church
Reviewing the need for a Neighbourhood Plan
Reviewing and making recommendations on planning applications
Supporting the fundraising campaign for a new childrens playground
Improving information for visitors through a new leaflet and improved website
Attending Rural Advisory Group meetings
Reviewing the need for additional housing within the village
